Technical Customer Consultant

As a technical customer consultant at IDEXX, you will need a curious mindset. We are a customer-oriented company. We have the latest technology and diagnostic equipment, but we don't just sell them; we fully support our veterinarians in their use. This ensures that our customers' interaction with our devices runs smoothly.

Part of your role will be troubleshooting our technical equipment (hematology and biochemistry). We want you to put yourself in our customers' shoes and proactively contribute to the team. You will support veterinarians with advice and assistance, answer questions about our blood analysis devices, help with operation, or solve technical problems, always striving to provide the best possible service for our customers. Over time, you will learn to support new exciting analytical devices. After some time, you will have built a solid relationship with your customers, knowing they can trust your expertise.

Like in most jobs, there is some routine, but there is much more to it! Your customers will challenge you. Therefore, you should remain calm under increased pressure and, with the help of your colleagues, find a suitable solution for every problem using your creativity.

Who are we looking for?

• You are customer-oriented and have experience in customer support
• You have a strong service mindset, and your verbal and written communication in German and English are your strengths. Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
• An affinity for technology and the world of biotech devices
• You are calm, creative, and combine these traits with a high level of accuracy and analytical thinking
• You are motivated and enjoy working in a large team, you are not a fan of routine and love facing new challenges
• Your way of thinking and working is characterized by creativity and empathy, and is very detailed and precise
