As a member of the Customer Support Laboratory Team, your typical day looks like this: You come to the office in the morning and a vet is calling you. Based on preliminary test results, they have to plan a surgery for Molly the cat, but first, they need additional tests sent to one of our laboratories. You're helping the vet with these additional tests, answering questions about what samples they need to send, and what the turnaround time of the testing will be.
