The Director of Technical Operations (DTO) serves as a senior operational leader supporting the Chief Engineer in managing and optimizing the performance of a global product development and technical support services. Acting as the primary second-in-command, this role ensures alignment of engineering execution, process discipline, and technical operations across all sites and product lines.
This role is ideal for a leader with strong technical insight, operational leadership capability, and deep industry experience. The Director of Technical Operations drives clarity, coordination, and schedule delivery across shared service technical teams, enabling the Chief Engineer to focus on strategy, technical governance, and innovation.

The compensation range for this position is $134,700.00 - $202,100.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
