Aufgaben

Strategic Talent Management & Employee Development

• End-to-end recruitment support
• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our talent management strategies and processes
• Introduction of employee retention programs, succession planning, and career and professional development
• Implementation of skills and competency systems
• Collaboration with management to identify high potentials and strategic personal development measures

HR Generalist Tasks

• Support and consultation of management and employees in all personnel-related issues along the employee life cycle in collaboration with our Head of HR
• Support in the recruitment process in collaboration with specialist departments and external partners
• Participation in the implementation of global HR initiatives and local HR projects

Culture & Employer Branding

• Promotion of a positive, high-performance company culture and active contribution to the development of our employer brand
• Management of feedback processes such as employee surveys, onboarding, and offboarding measures

Qualification

Education & Study

• Completed higher education in the field of human resources, psychology, business administration, or comparable

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a general HR function, preferably in an international environment
• Proven experience in recruitment and personal development processes

Technical & Professional Competences

• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, tools, and labor law basics
• Proficient use of MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Personio, Workday)
• Experience in creating CxO level decision-making bases and business cases

Languages

• Fluent German and English in speech and writing
