Female Support Staff Part-time Positions

Ideal Care, LLC is looking for female staff for several part-time positions. We are looking for female staff for weekday and weekend shifts. We have several clients that need support in the Sabre Springs, Carmel Mountain, La Mesa, and Mira Mesa areas of San Diego, CA (San Diego, CA). The positions entail supporting female clients with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate has enthusiasm, energy, consistency, patience and has a knowledge of developmental disabilities.

Staff is needed for individuals with disabilities. Some job duties include: help with household management skills, light cleaning, going out in the community, cooking some meals and helping clients on their personal goals. As well as transporting the client to doctor appointments, activities, and/or grocery shopping.

Job Type: Part-Time weekend support staff

Pay: $17.25-$20.00 HR

Job Type: Part-Time weekday support staff (mostly in the evenings.)

Pay: $20.00 HR and $17.25/HR

We have immediate opening for weekday and weekend shifts: Shifts needed:

• 3pm-8pm (Wednesdays-La Mesa)
• 1pm-7pm Tuesdays (University Heights area)
• 2pm-7pm (Fridays-Mira Mesa)
• 9am-3:30pm (Fridays-Carmel Mountain)
• Weekend 48-hour shift (6pm Friday to 6pm Sunday-Carmel Mountain, Sabre Springs)

Openings in Sabre Springs, Carmel Mountain, La Mesa (Wednesdays only) and Mira Mesa.

This is an hourly position with a supported living service agency that provides support living services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
