We are seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineering Consultant to join our Global Reliability & Quality organization. This critical role is responsible for implementing and advancing our product reliability and quality strategy, integrating industry best practices to ensure the robustness and longevity of our data center products. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in reliability engineering fundamentals, with proven expertise in using statistical software to predict product reliability. You will lead end-to-end reliability projects, defining product requirements, developing and executing reliability test plans, and conducting MTBF calculations and demonstrations. Additional responsibilities also include performing in-depth failure analysis, managing field risk, and driving continuous improvements. A strong background in the reliability of complex electronic systems and their components is essential.

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.
