Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Expert to join our team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions—including Data Cloud One—to drive unified customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time personalization. The candidate will bring technical expertise and business acumen, working closely with IT and business teams to unlock the full value of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (and Data Cloud One) solutions, ensuring proper integration with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Developing and managing data models, identity resolution rules, and segmentation frameworks.
  • Configuring and optimizing Data Streams, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activation Targets.
  • Implementing zero-copy/federation, sandbox strategies, and governance models for scale and compliance.
  • Partnering with stakeholders (IT, marketing, service) to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Driving real-time data ingestion, profile unification, and personalization use cases.
  • Providing guidance on data governance, optimized credit consumption, and other sustainability best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Data Cloud issues, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation flows.
  • Staying updated on roadmap features, particularly Data Cloud One, Agentforce, and AI-driven capabilities, and advising on adoption strategies.
  • Training and mentoring internal teams on best practices for Data Cloud usage.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise with Data Cloud One, including staging schemas, multi-org/companion org harmonization, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution, householding, data modeling, and segmentation.
  • Experience integrating Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and external data sources.
  • Proficiency in data ingestion (APIs, Mulesoft, connectors, web SDKs) and activation (paid media, personalization engines, CRM, service workflows).
  • Knowledge of credit consumption strategies, sandbox replication, and zero-copy/federation approaches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification strongly preferred.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with Agentforce / AI Copilot integrations.
  • Familiarity with Adobe, LiveRamp, Sprinklr, or other Martech/Adtech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and security best practices.
  • Background in nonprofit or healthcare industries is a plus.

The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $171,321 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
