We are currently hiring a Full-Time (0.9 FTE) RN to join our Ambulatory Centralized Clinical Resources team! What you can expect: This role will perform in-basket support work remotely for identified clinics from a centralized nursing team. The RNs will be supporting outpatient clinics within the Internal Medicine and Family Medicine areas. This will include addressing patient concerns, providing education, utilizing protocols, and support the clinic and patients through timely resolution of concerns through written and verbal communication. This includes coordination of patient experience, adherence to evidence-based practice, and implementation of system initiatives. A successful candidate is an individual that can problem solve with a system outlook, develop strong relationships with system partners, and work quickly to resolve concerns. Schedule: + 36 hours per week between Monday - Friday + Day shift, hours of operation for the department are generally 0800-1700 + No holidays/weekends + Remote (Must live within Idaho, Oregon) Qualifications: + Education: Nursing Degree + Experience: 1 years' experience + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
