As the Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered medication management. You'll lead a talented team, support clinical excellence, and drive strategic growth—including the development of our new pharmacy space.
Pharmacy Degree (BS or PharmD) and Idaho Pharmacist License required. Three or more years of hospital pharmacy experience required. Inpatient leadership preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. A collaborative mindset and a passion for excellence in patient care.
