Principal TPM, Oracle – Central PMO for Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Engineering Team

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Execution: Lead the implementation of OCI's strategic roadmap, including datacenter expansion, software development, and hardware engineering projects.
• Engineering Programs: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and roadmaps for cross-pillar initiatives.
• Cross-Pillar Coordination: Act as the central point of contact and facilitator for cross-pillar projects and initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: Lead technical program in software and hardware engineering, bridging the gap between development teams and operational requirements.
• Innovation and Engineering Excellence: Lead the implementation of new tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall system performance.

Qualifications include:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience as a TPM or similar leadership role in the cloud infrastructure or datacenter domain.
• In-depth understanding of cloud computing, datacenter design, software development, and hardware engineering principles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of successful project deliveries.
• Familiarity with Oracle's OCI offerings and a good understanding of the cloud market landscape.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
