Location: Moscow, ID (Onsite) Schedule: Standard Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 (Depending on years of experience, tenure, software proficiency, and relevant job titles)

We are seeking an Engineering Manager who combines a passion for leadership with hands-on technical expertise. This role involves guiding a team of engineers, refining processes to boost throughput, and directly contributing to design and production when needed. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to enhance performance and growth.
• Implement and refine engineering processes to increase efficiency.
• Engage in hands-on design work using Fusion 360.
• Contribute to new product development initiatives.
• Operate Haas CNC machinery when needed to support production.

Qualification Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Fusion 360
• Experience in New Product Development
• Leadership and team management experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Haas Mill
• Familiarity with Notion for project management

Disqualifiers:

• Job-hopping tenure
• No experience with Fusion 360
• No hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience
• Lack of leadership experience in a technical environment
