We are seeking an Engineering Manager who combines a passion for leadership with hands-on technical expertise. This role requires guiding a team of dedicated engineers, implementing and refining processes to boost overall throughput, and being unafraid to engage directly in design work or operate machinery to ensure production continuity. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Implement and refine engineering processes to increase overall throughput and efficiency.
• Engage in hands-on design work using Fusion 360.
• Contribute to new product development projects.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Fusion 360 for design tasks.
• Experience with new product development.
• Working knowledge with Haas CNC machinery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience using Notion for project management and collaboration.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Moscow, Idaho. Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00/yr.
