As our Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative (DSR/CSR), you'll keep the entire operation flowing: answering calls with care, keeping schedules tight, and solving problems before anyone even notices. What You'll Do

• Be the first voice our customers hear: warm, professional, and reassuring
• Orchestrate the daily schedule so techs are in the right place at the right time
• Navigate the unexpected: reschedules, sick calls, overflow days with poise
• Keep ServiceTitan accurate (our operations software) so the whole team stays aligned
• Protect the customer relationship when challenges arise, keeping trust intact
• Support outbound campaigns to confirm, follow-up, and keep the board full
• Think like a dispatcher: anticipate, adapt, and keep calm no matter the chaos

What It Takes to Win Here

• 2+ years in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling (preferred)
• A voice that makes customers feel cared for and heard
• Organizational skills sharper than a journeyman's tool belt
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning service software
• Grit, empathy, and composure when things get hectic
• A solution-focused mindset: you don't take things personally, you find the fix
