The Director of Student Recruitment and Services is responsible for planning and implementing the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences (EHHS) recruitment and retention plan. The position is responsible for coordinating college wide recruitment initiatives including on campus and off campus events and managing college student and stakeholder events. This position is also responsible for overseeing student retention efforts, including community building activities, employer networking events, the college ambassador program, residence hall collaborations, commencement, and the scholarship awarding process. The Director will conduct outreach activities in the service of students and liaise with college administration to secure resources in support of student activities and work closely with EHHS academic programs to provide student support to all students in EHHS.
