Registered Nurse Opportunity

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively.

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data throughout the hemodialysis treatment process.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience within the last two years.
• Experience in chronic hemodialysis is required.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
