Job Summary Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 1pm-9pm The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each customer has a pleasant experience at Western Aircraft by providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service through anticipating needs and proactively offering services. It is the expectation that all customer requests will be performed in a timely, professional manner. This person will act as the face of Western Aircraft and be the first point of contact for all visitors.

Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level. Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work.
