Job Posting

We are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician for the Idaho Falls, Idaho area with an Idaho Limited Energy/Low Voltage electrical license. We are a Boise based company that provides security services & installation to financial, commercial & government institutions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Required Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing & planning service calls
  • Contacting customer with estimated time of travel
  • Escalating problems when appropriate
  • Accurately report service data
  • Interact in a professional manner with customers to foster positive customer relations
  • Follow key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products
  • Maintain effective communication with Office
  • Perform alarm & CCTV system installations and service
  • Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices & procedures
  • Complete equipment cleaning as specified in Service Agreement
  • Perform basic installation functions (e.g. pulling cable, mounting devices, installing locks)

Additional Responsibilities (not required):

  • Working knowledge of pneumatic tube drive-up systems
  • Ability to drill locks

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Valid Driver\'s License
  • Must pass appropriate background checks
  • Idaho Limited Energy/Low Voltage Electrical License Required
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the company in a dependable & professional manner
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Shift adaptability & good customer relations skills are necessary
