As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll lead structural analysis and engineering efforts to ensure ICEYE's satellites meet demanding aerospace requirements for structural integrity, reliability, and manufacturability, enabling mission success from launch through on-orbit operations.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Structural Analysis team
• Define structural requirements from mission and launcher constraints down to system and subsystem levels
• Lead and contribute to trade studies, design reviews, and verification and qualification documentation
• Ensure smooth and timely product delivery from concept through qualification
• Drive continuous improvement of structural design and analysis methods
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, AIT, and quality teams to ensure compliance with launch and in-orbit environments
• Work with system and subsystem engineers to define requirements for new products
• Support integration, validation, and issue resolution across internal and external teams
