Ait Spacecraft Aocs Engineer
We are searching for an AIT Spacecraft AOCS Engineer to take technical ownership of the integration and verification of the satellite's Attitude and Orbit Control System (AOCS). In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you will work closely with both Engineering and Production teams to ensure the AOCS is manufacturable, testable, and reliable throughout assembly, integration, and system validation. You will define integration and test strategies for AOCS units—such as reaction wheels, star trackers, gyros, magnetorquers, GNSS modules, and associated software—and ensure that what is designed can be built and verified efficiently.
You'll support projects from early design through final testing, contributing to key reviews and ensuring that integration plans, tools, procedures, and documentation are robust. On the production floor, you'll lead AOCS system testing and debug activities, and support anomaly resolution and root cause analysis when needed. This is a system-level, hands-on role requiring deep technical insight and strong collaboration skills to ensure that ICEYE's AOCS performs reliably in orbit and scales effectively with production.
