Junior Engineer (AI Vibe Coding)

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rapid Solution Building (Vibe Coding)

High-Velocity Deployment: Lead the speed-to-market for new solutions. Use your fundamental programming knowledge to guide AI tools in building functional MVPs in record time.

Business-Driven Development: Work with the Head of Product to translate business signals into tangible, live products.

Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage prototypes from initial concept and AI-assisted drafting to deployment and initial testing.

2. Technical Quality & AI Integration

AI-Assisted Craftsmanship: Use your programming background to ensure that "vibe-coded" solutions are not just fast, but architecturally sound.

Best Practice Maintenance: Intentionally maintain standards for code structure, documentation, and API integration so prototypes can be easily scaled by core engineering teams.

AI Integration: Integrate cloud-based AI services (e.g., Vertex AI, Firebase ML Kit) to create intelligent workflow automations.

API Connectivity: Work with existing platform APIs to ensure robust data consumption and authentication for all new prototypes.

Must-Haves:

Fundamental Programming Experience: 2–3 years of experience in software development with a solid grasp of logic, data structures, and modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

AI Tool Proficiency: Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Replit) to accelerate development cycles.

Rapid Development Tools: Proficiency in Firebase, Retool, FlutterFlow, or similar platforms that enable quick prototyping.

API Savvy: Practical experience working with and integrating RESTful APIs.

The "Vibe" Mindset: A commitment to the "test fast, fail fast" philosophy and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.

Experience transitioning an MVP into a production-hardened environment.

Understanding of the automotive or e-commerce classifieds industry.
