To provide operational business support for LV Services within SP Energy Networks' Licence Programmes, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service and technical support. This role involves managing customer operations including communication, billing, contracts, complaints, and service requests, as well as overseeing contractors where required. You will contribute to the development and implementation of new programmes and improvements that support evolving customer needs.

As part of your responsibilities, you may assume direct responsibility for customer operations for specific clients. The role also includes performing specialized technical support tasks in a hands-on environment, following prescribed procedures with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an effective team member, supporting with a range of administrative duties.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, job requests, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure all business requests are processed in line with established procedures and timelines.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promote high standards across your area.
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
  • Champion a zero-accident culture and lead by example.
  • Leverage innovative IT solutions and best practices to drive efficiency.
  • Uphold quality standards in all activities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Licence Programme processes and procedures.

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Energy Networks policies, procedures, and working practices (preferred)
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • SAP experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Awareness of inter-business relationships

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
