To provide operational business support for LV Services within SP Energy Networks' Licence Programmes, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service and technical support. This role involves managing customer operations including communication, billing, contracts, complaints, and service requests, as well as overseeing contractors where required. You will contribute to the development and implementation of new programmes and improvements that support evolving customer needs.
As part of your responsibilities, you may assume direct responsibility for customer operations for specific clients. The role also includes performing specialized technical support tasks in a hands-on environment, following prescribed procedures with moderate supervision.
