About Our Opportunities

We are recruiting for our ScottishPower Energy Networks, Customer Service – Faults & Emergencies team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be our customers' first point of contact for electrical faults, general enquiries, power cuts as well as during large-scale events like storms. Your calm demeanour, prompt solutions, and reassuring support will help resolve electrical faults and enquiries, whilst always reinforcing our commitment to excellent customer service.

Your day will involve handling inbound calls, answering customer enquiries, providing updates on faults, and coordinating with our incident controllers to log incidents. You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting our vulnerable customers and offering the extra care they need. This role is not just about managing calls; it's about caring for our customers when they need it the most.

Working Patterns: We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For full and part time staff, we offer an 8-week rotation working 5 days over 7 between the hours of 7am and Midnight, including some weekend work.

Salary & Location: Our team are based within our ScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (Office Based) and offer a salary from £27,498 per annum for full time positions, and salary will be pro-rata for part time/weekend positions + excellent benefits. We are recruiting full and part time roles.
