As a Customer Service Representative, we are looking for candidates who will be career focussed and driven to offer an exceptional customer experience and can communicate effectively with our internal teams, external partners and of course our customers (both inbound and outbound).
What you'll be doing
The role will focus on supporting our customers, particularly those in vulnerable situations and making sure they benefit from the wide range of additional support services we offer, as well as working with the wide range of partnerships and third sector organisations.
The role will also act as support to the wider team as well as back-office support and administration duties, therefore an understanding of Microsoft Office packages (Excel) will be advantageous.
Due to recent adverse storm weather and the impact that can have on our customers electricity supply, this role will also offer assistance in these circumstances, training in how to effectively assist and handle these types of calls from our customers will be provided by SP Energy Networks.
What you'll bring
A successful candidate will have strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and committed to supporting them fully and maximising the services we can deliver to improve their daily lives. Previous customer focused experience, an ability to prioritise tasks and being IT literate will be beneficial to any application.
