IAT Insurance Group has an opening for a Policy Support Specialist in the following offices and product lines listed below. The specific level for this role will be commensurate with the experience level of the selected candidate. Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday.

The Policy Support Specialist is responsible for processing and indexing submission/policy documents (new business, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, correspondence, etc.), performing technical and administrative support in accordance with standard procedures. This position is also responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, verifying information, and resolving common problems.

Compensation:
Please note, if you live in Illinois, the typical range for this role will be $17/hour to $27/hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the hourly rate for this position in those locations. Actual hourly rates will vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more.
