We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.

They are looking for a fund operations person to lead the go-to-market and ongoing operations of wealth management products, bridging product, sales, and marketing. This role focuses on positioning, distribution, and performance optimization of financial products through data-driven marketing strategies and close collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and promotional activities for the company's wealth management products.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to achieve sales targets for wealth management offerings.
• Analyze market demand and design effective product promotion strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and market feedback, making adjustments and optimizations as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management product operations or financial marketing.
• Strong understanding of financial products and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and marketing execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
