What You Will Do

As our Resort Guest Services Agents you are the nerve center of our hotel/resort operations responsible for creating a memorable guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while creating the first and last impression for our guests. As a Resort Guest Services Agent this position is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, processing payments and completing guest transactions to ensure guest satisfaction is met and exceeded. Resort Guest Service Agents must be able to work in a busy/hectic environment and stand for their shifts.
