You will report directly to the Director of Rooms and collaborate with various teams to uphold our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, guest service excellence, and resolution of guest inquiries or issues
• Manage housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across all guest rooms and public areas
• Supervise and support front desk and housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience
• Monitor and control departmental budgets, expenses, and inventory
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
• Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and hotel policies

• Proven experience in hotel operations, particularly in front desk and housekeeping management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office Suite
• Problem-solving skills and a guest-focused attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
