Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Guest Services team at the Toor Hotel, part of JDV by Hyatt! Not only will you be a part of an elite service team, but you will get to be part of our opening team, as we've just opened our doors! Guest Service Attendants welcome and create the first impression upon guest arrival, and often are the last farewell guests have upon departure. Responsibilities include: Assisting the passengers during the loading and unloading process, safely and efficiently relocating guest automobiles to designated parking locations, escort guests, their luggage and personal items to and from guest rooms efficiently. This role requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel guest services and knowledge of daily events. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. You will also be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the driveway in close collaboration with your fellow Guest Service Attendants. This highly visible role gives opportunity for professional casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.
