About this job...
As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be the voice, the strategy, and the closer. You'll lead revenue-driving efforts across group, transient, corporate, and local market segments—while partnering closely with operations to ensure what we sell is exactly what guests experience.
This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to create a fun sales incentive contest, build relationships, inspire a team, read a P&L, and still enjoy the win of a well-executed deal.
