Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal production performance, safety, and product quality. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management skills, manufacturing experience, and technical knowledge of printing machines and their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure targets are met.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee machine setup, speed adjustments, and sampling to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Conduct daily production meetings to review performance and coordinate workflow.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to resolve production issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management (printing or related industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of printing machinery, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and quality control processes.
