Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and escalating complaints as necessary. This role requires effective communication across various channels, including email, fax, and phone, while collaborating closely with our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders through email or fax.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complaints when required.
• Generate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) upon request.
• Provide invoices or quotes to customers as requested.
• Maintain and update the database of FDA implant cards.
• Acquire and maintain basic knowledge of the company’s products (training provided).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a longer-term role. The role may require occasional collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
