Customer Service Temporary Position

We are seeking a temporary employee for the Customer Service department. The position pays $22 an hour and requires availability from 8:30am to 5pm.

Qualifications include:

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the main communication hub between customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Prepare and communicate job bag requirements and customer information to production and quality teams.
• Enter and maintain job workorder, specification sheets, and releases in the ERP system.
• Manage customer inventories, raw materials, WIP, and receivables.
• Maintain and organize customer assets (samples, files, structures, etc.).
• Assemble job bags with workorder and customer assets
• Assist with new product introductions and business meetings.
• Facilitate resolution of product complaints and serve as liaison between customers and manufacturing.
• Support graphics and structure approvals when needed.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to research and resolve payment issues.
• Arrange logistics for customer shipments, including carrier coordination and pallet counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate, retrievable records.
