Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound efforts, nurture existing prospects, and manage key administrative sales functions. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM updates while contributing to a streamlined and efficient sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining targeted prospecting lists using Google Docs and other tools
  • Sending follow-up emails to prospects to book and confirm appointments
  • Conducting warm outreach calls with past and current prospects
  • Updating and managing CRM (Zoho) with accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking
  • Coordinating and managing the sales calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support daily sales operations
  • Collaborating with the sales lead to improve outreach and follow-up strategies
