Job Summary

We're seeking a driven and articulate B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outreach and lead-generation efforts targeting senior corporate executives. You will play a key role in initiating new relationships with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and fueling the company's growth through proactive communication and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to target companies across North America.
  • Engage senior-level decision-makers (e.g., CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Real Estate) to introduce the firm's services.
  • Schedule qualified meetings (calls, video conferences, or in-person) for the sales team.
  • Manage outreach activity using Salesforce, Outlook, and related tools to track engagement and performance.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including the number of daily outreaches and meetings arranged.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
