We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the insurance industry to help generate new business opportunities. You will play a key role in building pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects within insurance markets (e.g., life, health, commercial, or insurtech).

This is an ideal role for someone who understands insurance products, can confidently engage decision-makers, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and engage potential clients within the insurance sector through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Identify key decision-makers (brokers, agents, underwriters, executives)
  • Qualify leads based on client criteria and business needs
  • Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline generated
