Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential clients within assigned markets.
  • Conduct prospecting, qualification, and lead nurturing through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and track activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy in every interaction.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, connections, and booked meetings.
