We are looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable sales and marketing systems. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and engineering, helping revenue teams automate workflows, improve lead generation, and build data-driven outbound strategies.

The ideal candidate understands sales operations, automation tools, CRM systems, and growth experimentation. You will work closely with leadership, sales teams, and marketing to implement scalable processes that directly impact revenue growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, optimizing funnels, and leveraging automation and data to drive go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize automated outbound and inbound GTM workflows.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Outreach).
  • Design scalable lead generation and prospecting infrastructure.
  • Integrate marketing, sales, and data platforms to create seamless revenue operations systems.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting for GTM performance.
  • Work with sales teams to improve prospecting strategies, targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Automate repetitive sales and marketing tasks using no-code/low-code tools and APIs.
  • Support experimentation with growth campaigns, messaging, and outbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to improve go-to-market efficiency.
