Our client is an early-stage technology company building at the intersection of AI, automation, SAP, and enterprise transformation. The company works with consultants, SAP system integrators, boutique advisory firms, and enterprise transformation teams across large organisations.

Job Summary

We're hiring a Founder Associate to work directly with the founding team on sales, growth, and go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates confidently with senior and technical stakeholders, and uses AI tools to move faster.

You'll support growth across two key markets: the consultant ecosystem, including boutiques, SAP SIs, and independent consultants, and enterprise accounts, including DAX 40 and Fortune 500 transformation teams. The role is broad by design: you'll prospect, research, automate workflows, join calls, support partnerships, and do whatever needs to get done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founders on sales, growth, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify, research, and engage consultants, SAP system integrators, boutique consultancies, and enterprise transformation leads.
  • Run outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
  • Support enterprise sales efforts targeting large transformation teams, including DAX 40 and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Build and improve sales workflows using AI agents, no-code tools, scripts, automations, LLMs, and APIs.
  • Speak confidently with technical stakeholders such as architects, SAP project leads, and transformation managers.
  • Quickly learn the SAP and enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Create lists, messaging, outreach sequences, sales materials, and market research.
  • Spot repetitive manual tasks and turn them into repeatable automated workflows.
  • Support the founders with whatever is needed across go-to-market, operations, research, and execution.
