We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Job: On site Location: Grand Rapids, MI Pay Range: $900 - $1,150 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
• Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer service processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
