Permanent Objectives
Work with Engineering and sourcing department to support new project introduction, including supplier process audit, supplier APQP process, PPAP and Fixture & Inspection gauge approval.
Perform quality system audit, follow up the corrective action to ensure the quality system meet HCP requirements.
Assist suppliers to analyze the root cause for component quality issues and take effective corrective action. Perform the onsite process audit when necessary and propose the improvement measures. Experienced in 8D, FMEA, Cpk, Gauge R&R other quality tools.
Analyze component defect data, evaluate supplier performance periodically and drive supplier performance improvement.
Coordinate other depts and global functions to analyse and solve component quality issue in production. Support urgent quality issue solving and onsite supplier firewall implementation and process improvements for global factories and customers. Influent in English communication.
Training the supplier about APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, Control plan and other quality tools.
Know-How
Academic Background: Mechanics or relevant.
Be familiar with different kinds of machinery manufacturing process and inspection technology.
Good knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system and quality tools.
Influent at written and oral English, computer skill.
Minimum 5 years' experience on supplier management.
Good communication and coordination ability, team work skill.
