Gardena Service Technician

Gardena is Europe's leading brand in garden irrigation and intelligent garden solutions. We are a committed team striving to offer high-service levels and quality repairs to our customers. Our business is in a thrilling development phase where we are building a new service center in Jonkoping to ensure quick and effective handling of our products.

You will have the opportunity to work in a smaller, welded team where your input makes a difference. As a Service Technician at Gardena, you will be a key person in our new service center in Jonkoping. Your daily life will be characterized by variety and problem-solving, where you will be responsible for receiving and registering incoming products, diagnosing and repairing robotic lawn mowers, pumps, and other Gardena products. After completing the service, you will ensure that the products are documented and sent back to customers or resellers. You will work closely with customer service and technical support to ensure that our customers always receive fast and quality help. The role also includes participating in product training and sometimes training colleagues and seasonal workers, which allows you to constantly develop and share your knowledge. You follow our quality standards and safety routines, and actively contribute to creating a positive and solution-oriented work environment where we make a difference together for our customers.

We believe you have a technical education and an interest in electronics and automation, or you have a strong technical interest and an enthusiasm for learning and understanding our products at a deeper level. You are digitally mature and have a structured and meticulous working method. To succeed in the role, we see that you have a strong network and a genuine interest in providing service to both customers and colleagues. You are flexible, self-confident, and thrive on working both independently and together with others. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn new things allow you to quickly get into new tasks and contribute to an open and solution-oriented work environment. You communicate effortlessly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and we view English skills positively.

Location is Jonkoping.
