Gardena Service Center Manager

Gardena is Europe’s leading brand in garden irrigation and smart garden solutions. We are building a new service center in Jönköping and are looking for someone to lead and develop the business together with us. You will be a key person in creating effective workflows and high service quality for our customers.

As the Service Center Manager at Gardena Service Center in Jönköping, you will play a central role in building up and leading our new workshop operation. You will be responsible for coordinating and developing the daily work in the service center, where you will lead a team of service technicians and ensure that workflows are effective and that the service level is always high. You will handle the purchase and inventory of spare parts and consumables, and follow up on key figures in productivity and customer satisfaction. In the role, you will identify and drive improvement work to optimize our processes and ensure that we always meet our quality standards. You will closely collaborate with the aftermarket, sales, logistics, and customer service to create a smooth and customer-focused operation. If needed, you are also prepared to support technical repairs yourself, which gives you a broad and developing role where you both lead and are part of the team.

We are looking for someone with experience in leadership and personnel responsibility, preferably with a technical education and background in repairing electronic or mechanical products. You have good IT skills and are used to working with reporting and inventory systems. Your working style is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, and you have a knack for communicating with and motivating others. You thrive on developing both the business and employees, and have a practical approach where you are happy to support the team in daily work. Your flexibility, self-confidence, and positive attitude allow you to handle changes and challenges in a confident and engaged manner.

Location is Jönköping.
