Your tasks:

  • Development of scalable in-store concepts for various markets and sales channels
  • Creation of central toolkits for campaigns and product launches including dealer communication and argumentation guidelines
  • Conception and implementation of a global sell-in presentation for product new launches
  • Definition and maintenance of global standards & guidelines for POS, category management, events, retailer trainings, and shopper education
  • Monitoring & reporting of relevant KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, in-store implementation rates, dealer satisfaction, shopper insights, ROI)
  • Stakeholder integration and ensuring brand governance
  • Support regional teams through enablement materials
  • Collaboration with internal interfaces as well as external agencies

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on marketing
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of trade marketing, ideally with an international focus in the environment of technical consumer goods or FMCG
  • Strong in the development of in-store strategies and conceptual work
  • Experience in the development of in-store strategies and route-to-market concepts
  • Secure handling of market research data (GfK, shopper insights, etc.)
  • Category management experience is desirable
  • Creative, analytical working style coupled with a good eye for detail
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working method and project management competence
  • Convincing, responsible, open, and humorous personality with a confident appearance, presentation strength, and communication skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • IT affinity (e.g. SharePoint, SAP, Windows 365) is advantageous
