Strategic sales planning and execution to retain and expand customer relationships
Client engagement: identifying business needs, preparing proposals/quotations, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service
Promoting and selling products through BTL marketing activities (Agri Melas, exhibitions, canopy setups, farmer meets, training sessions)
Execution of brand and product campaigns with a 360° approach
Development of medium to long-term sales plans for dealers and key customers
Responsible for brand communication and training initiatives
Coordination with internal teams and reseller networks for sell-in/sell-out and material support
Execution of trade marketing plans including profiling, promoter projects, and channel campaigns
Liaison with government institutions for subsidy facilitation and institutional sales
Extensive travel across assigned territory for market feedback and relationship building
Monitoring receivables and ensuring timely collections from channel partners
Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university, preferably in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in power tools, outdoor power products, agriculture, or industrial segments
Experience in brand communication and government/institutional sales is an added advantage
Exposure to dealer-based distribution models and channel sales
Fluent in the local language, with working proficiency in Hindi and English
Prior experience in Handling OPE products, various state & central govt agriculture departments will be added advantage
Training or certification in advertising, administration, or related disciplines is beneficial
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is desirable
