Our Healthcare Digital Transformation Solutions (HDTx) team partners with leading healthcare organizations to design innovative digital strategies that solve their most complex technical challenges. As an Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you'll leverage your expertise in Charge Services to support the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. In this role, you will serve as a solution advisor, providing advanced Oracle Health charge workflow expertise, configuration guidance, and can perform knowledge transfers to national, VISN, and local VA stakeholders. You will function as a subject matter expert in charge capture processes, offering strategic insight, best-practice recommendations, and support to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant revenue operations across the VA enterprise.

As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:

1. Deliver in-depth Charge Services expertise—including Charge Master, Charge Capture, Charge Rules, and Charge Workflow processes—to National and VISN Councils, local workshops, and VA Solution Experts. Lead knowledge-transfer sessions to strengthen VA stakeholder capability
2. Oversee and guide ticket management activities, ensuring proper documentation, prioritization, tracking, and resolution of Charge Services issues
3. Support design review activities by offering solution insights, advising on configuration decisions, and recommending optimization opportunities for Charge Services workflows and billing operations
4. Work closely with the Office of Functional Champion Testing team to support test preparation, test script execution, validation activities, and resolution of test-related defects
5. Facilitate review of Oracle Health recommended workflows, designs, and configurations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency across Oracle Health Charge Services solution areas, including Charge Master, Charge Capture, Charge Rules, Charge Workflows, and related configuration and maintenance activities
• Extensive Billing and Claims Management experience with end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including accurate creation, submission, and reconciliation of healthcare claims/statements/invoices with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and payer requirements
• Ability to verify complete and accurate charge capture, resolve discrepancies, and ensure appropriate alignment between clinical documentation, orders, and billing data
• Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Strong experience in workflow assessment, solution design, DCW/data collection, system configuration, system testing and validation, integration with third-party platforms, go-live readiness, cutover support, and post-live optimization
• Ability to confidently communicate and demonstrate Oracle Health solutions to diverse VA audiences, including clinical, technical, and leadership stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time
• Authorization to work in the United States

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs. The rate range of information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
