In this role as Managed Services Sr. Analyst, you will be joining a vibrant cross-shore team and be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the business. This team will develop an understanding of the Research business and support the workflow of our specialized resources in various areas including Clinical Research, Contracts, Pre & Post Award, Conflict of Interest and Institutional Review Board. Through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients across the Research industry. You will get experience with CRM tools, our proprietary Huron Research Suite (HRS) technology, clinical research protocols, and workflow facilitation in other regulatory areas of the business. As a Managed Services Sr. Analyst, some of your responsibilities may include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 to 3 years relevant workflow execution or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within research operations o Experience within clinical research or sponsored awards is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills; attentive to detail
- Capable of maintaining a 3–4 hr overlap with US Eastern Time.
