1. Lead development integrated solutions across the enterprise, identify and drive enterprise-level issues and risks
2. Client delivery, serving in multiple client roles (Program Manager, Project Manager, Process & Change Leader)
3. Identify and drive new sales opportunities, develop relationships, and sell work into existing accounts
4. Development and delivery of solutions across an enterprise, managing program-level risks and driving program level issue resolution
5. Serve as a trusted advisor for the client, bring detailed expertise in specific business or technology areas
6. Build and maintain new executive relationships outside current clients
7. Support strategic marketing, recruiting, sales, and delivery initiatives within the practice

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
• 10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
• At least 5 years of experience in managing program level engagements with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders
• Ability to estimate complex programs/projects – from a solution, resource needs, and budget perspective
• Experience with leading and responding to RFP's and selling and delivering consulting projects
• High energy and highly collaborative
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
• Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
• Background in Consulting Services, particularly in Big 4 is desirable
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

The estimated base salary for this job is $175,000.00 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
