This Engineering Technician II role is focused on supporting the hands-on execution of metal additive manufacturing processes in a production environment. The technician will be responsible for operating advanced 3D printing equipment, conducting part removal, post processing, assisting with machine maintenance and improvements, troubleshooting, and quality inspections. Working closely with engineering and senior technicians, this role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also contributing to the ramp up of new machines and the ongoing improvement of production workflows. The ETII will play an active role in helping us establish procedures and ensuring readiness for sustained full-scale production. The Technician will receive focused training on both Wire Arc Directed Energy Deposition (DED) and Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) systems and will work toward gaining qualifications to run builds for a range of alloys.
