- As a Manager of Payroll Services, you will lead a team in managing payroll operations for clients, ensuring precision and timeliness.

- The position requires close collaboration with client-facing teams to assist in client account setup and streamline their payroll needs.

⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of payroll processing experience, including expertise in year-end T4 auditing and ROE submissions.
- A strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance is essential, with the ability to stay updated on changes.
- The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, with experience in reporting and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership abilities are required, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing payroll teams.
- The successful individual will be able to multitask effectively, managing a portfolio of payroll clients while supporting and guiding their team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to articulate complex payroll matters clearly to clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify and address issues promptly will be crucial for success in this role.
- Familiarity with technology and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and software will be beneficial, especially in a tech startup environment.
