The Consumer Service Operations Representative 2 represents the Dual Eligible Outreach Department by taking inbound calls to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues. The Consumer Service Operations Representative 2 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills. The Consumer Service Operations Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

• Engage with members over the phone to assess eligibility for programs like the Medicare Savings Program.
• Collect and input personal and financial information into multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify additional resources to support members' needs, such as food assistance or medication cost savings.
• Educate and empower members to take advantage of benefits that improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a culture of compassion, service, and excellence.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:40 AM – 7:10 PM (with scheduled lunch and breaks).
• Location: In-office for the first 6 months at 101 E Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202. Remote work may be available based on performance, attendance, and demonstrated independence.

Use Your Skills to Make an Impact

• 3+ years of customer service experience, including data entry.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and learning new technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in healthcare or social services.
• Previous inbound/outbound call center experience.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range $40,000 - $52,300 per year
